How to use the calculator

  1. Check your itinerary for the date and local time you arrive in India.
  2. Enter those details using Indian Standard Time (IST).
  3. Select the time zone where you will be when submitting.
  4. Calculate your window and save the opening times with your travel details.

 

The calculator subtracts 72 hours from your arrival time. For example, an arrival on Friday at 6 pm IST has a window beginning on Tuesday at 6 pm IST. Your local opening time may fall on a different calendar date.

Can I prepare my details earlier?

Yes. You can prepare your information before the window opens. If you use our service, you can provide your details earlier and we will complete government submission within the permitted window.
