How Our India e-Arrival Card Assistance Works
Prepare your India e-Arrival Card details online with independent assistance. Our service costs £15 per traveller and includes information checking, submission assistance and confirmation by email.
1. Complete your traveller details
Enter your passport, contact and travel information using our online form.
Have the following information ready:
Your passport details.
Your scheduled arrival date in India.
Your flight and arrival information.
Your accommodation address in India.
An email address you can access before travelling.
Enter your name and passport details exactly as they appear on your passport. Use the date you arrive in India, taking overnight flights and time differences into account.
2. Pay £15 per traveller
Complete payment after entering your details. We begin reviewing your information after payment, checking for missing details and common mistakes.
If we need clarification, we will contact you using the email address you provided.
3. Submission within the permitted arrival window
The government e-Arrival Card can be submitted within 72 hours before your scheduled arrival in India.
Travelling later? You can provide your details to us in advance. We begin reviewing them after payment and complete the submission once your arrival falls within the permitted window.
Providing your details early does not mean the government submission takes place early.
4. Receive your confirmation by email
We email your confirmation once the submission is completed. Check that your email address is correct and look in your spam or junk folder if you are expecting an email.
Keep your confirmation accessible when travelling. The e-Arrival Card records arrival information; it does not replace your passport, visa or OCI documentation.
What does the £15 fee cover?
Our fee covers our independent assistance service, including:
Reviewing the information you provide.
Checking for missing details and common mistakes.
Helping complete the e-Arrival Card submission.
Emailing your confirmation after submission.
Travelling with family?
Complete a separate application through our service for each traveller. The assistance fee is £15 per person. Check each traveller’s passport and travel details before submitting.
